Menace II Society is the name of the official soundtrack for the movie of the same name. It was released May 26, 1993 by Jive Records. It peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and at number 11 on the Billboard 200.[2] Several songs heard in the movie, such as "Got to Give It Up" by Marvin Gaye, "Love and Happiness" by Al Green, "Dopeman" by N.W.A, "Ghetto Bird" by Ice Cube, "Computer Love" by Zapp, "For the Love of You" by The Isley Brothers","Honey Love" by R.Kelly "Atomic Dog" by George Clinton and a remix to "Streiht Up Menance" by MC Eiht, were not included in the soundtrack album.

Along with singles, music videos were produced for the songs: "Streiht Up Menace" by MC Eiht, and "Trigga Gots No Heart" by Spice 1. It has been certified Platinum by the RIAA since October 11, 1994.[3]
