The Metlife Centre, is a 28 floor, 120 metre tall modernist skyscraper situated close to the Cape Town International Convention Center in the City Bowl area of Cape Town, South Africa. The spired antenna on the building's roof is 22 m/72 feet tall and was lifted into place by helicopter just prior to its completion in 1993.[1]
