Metric Arts is a Chilean company that provides analytics and decision making consultancy services, including credit scoring, churn analysis, market segmentation, reporting services and training in Data science.[1] Its mission is to provide support for decision takers based on two goals: maximize value and reduce risk.
History
It was founded in 2007, as a pioneer analytics consultancy firm in the Chilean market, by Jaime Caiceo and Patricio Cofre both MSc, engineers and lecturers at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
In 2008 Metric Arts in partnership with the research center of Information technology of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile released the first annual report of the Business Intelligence status in Chile.
In 2012 Metric Arts in partnership with the research center of Information technology of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile founded the Chilean Business Intelligence Community.
In 2014 Metric Arts was awarded by the Chilean foreign affairs office through the ContactChile program, to export innovation to Perú.
In 2014 Metric Arts achieved the ISO 9001 certified by the prestigious agency Bureau Veritas.
In 2014 Metric Arts starts its operation in Lima, Peru.

Training and Executive Education
From 2008, Metric Arts founders and associates had taught several underagraduate, graduate and executive education programs in Business Intelligence in prestigious educational institutions, including Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, University of Chile, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and University of Louisville.
