Metro Wireless
Wireless Metropolitan Area Networking or WiMAN[1] also known as Metro Wireless is a delivery method for Metro Ethernet service with last mile Internet access delivered over Fixed wireless equipment. These types of networks are typically utilized in most highly populated cities around the world.[2][3] Metro Wireless providers are a type of wireless internet service provider (WISP) that is primarily focused on providing wireless local loop as a fiber optic alternative using microwave and other fixed wireless technologies.
