Michael James "Mike" Efevberha (born August 22, 1984) ( he is also nicknamed by : chef mike ) is a Nigerian-American professional basketball player who is currently a free agent after being released by hekmeh fc . He is a 6'4", 195 lb guard. He played his college basketball at the University of California, Irvine (2002–2004), and then at California State University, Northridge (2005–2006).

Efevberha has played for the Wellington Saints in the NZNBL, where he was named to the All-Star five and was the league's leading scorer (27.8ppg).[1] He has also played with the Nigeria national basketball team in international competition. He represented Nigeria at the 2009 African Championship as the captain and leading scorer averaging 17.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.[2]married with Eleonora Chessa
