Michal Dvořák (born 12 August 1979) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He played with HC Plzeň in the Czech Extraliga during the 2010–11 season.[1]
Dvořák previously played for HC Olomouc, Kitchener Rangers and HC Energie Karlovy Vary.[2]
