Microphysetica hermeasalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Walker in 1859. It is found in Venezuela, Mexico,[1] Central America (including Honduras and Costa Rica),[2] the Antilles[3] and Florida.

The wingspan is 9–10 mm.[4] Adults are on wing from March to June and from November to December in Florida.[5]
