The Middle River is a distributary river in Baldwin County, Alabama that forms part of the Mobile-Tensaw River Delta. It branches off from the Tensaw River at 31°01′16″N 87°57′00″W / 31.02102°N 87.94998°W / 31.02102; -87.94998Coordinates: 31°01′16″N 87°57′00″W / 31.02102°N 87.94998°W / 31.02102; -87.94998. From there it flows southward for approximately 9.5 miles (15.3 km) before rejoining the Tensaw at 30°55′22″N 87°54′47″W / 30.92268°N 87.91305°W / 30.92268; -87.91305.[1]
