Midlands 1 West is a level 6 English Rugby Union League, made up of teams from around the western region of the Midlands of England who play home and away matches throughout the season. Promoted teams move up to National League 3 Midlands with the champions going up automatically and the runners up going into a playoff against the runner up from Midlands 1 East. Relegated teams move down to Midlands 2 West (North) or Midlands 2 West (South).
