Miguel Ángel Almirón Rejala (born 13 November 1993) is a Paraguayan footballer who plays for Lanús in the Argentine Primera División.
Club career
Almirón took his first steps in school football Club 3 Noviembre and, at age 14, proved to the Club Nacional. He signed a contract Cerro Porteño. Five years later, he debuted with Cerro Porteño the first team on March 10, 2013, in a match against Deportivo Capiatá. A month later (on April 19, 2013), in a match against Club Rubio Nu, he scored his first goal for a first division team. At the end of 2013, Miguel achieved his first title in first division with Cerro Porteño who achieved the title while undefeated, but Miguel failed to have much involvement.
In August of 2015 Almirón was transferred to Lanús in Argentine Primera División[2]
International career
He played for the Paraguay U20 South American Championship in 2013, with significant involvement, since he obtained the sub championship.[3] Due to this, Paraguay was classified to dispute the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2013. This competition was also called Almirón.[4]
