Milk the Bee is the debut studio album of The Break and Repair Method, the side project of Paul Doucette, the drummer and rhythm guitarist of the American pop rock band Matchbox Twenty. The album, produced by Greg Collins and Doucette himself, was released on September 16, 2008, under the label Bluhammock Music. Matt Nathanson toured with The Break and Repair Method in support of the album.
