Miloš Šarčev
Miloš Šarčev (Serbian Cyrillic: Милош Шарчев) (born January 17, 1964) is an IFBB bodybuilder from Bečej, Serbia known for his excellent muscular proportion and symmetry.[1]
Biography
Šarčev owns the Koloseum Gym in Fullerton, California. He was married to fitness competitor and actress Ursula Sarcev until they divorced in 1997. Šarčev nearly died when he struck a vein in one of his triceps while injecting Synthol, a popular site enhancement oil.[2] As of 2011, Šarčev is shooting the documentary film Get Big, Get Cut produced and directed by Alex Ardenti of Ardenti Films.
Training philosophy
His training routines are all about maximum stimulation of muscle fiber. They consist of three major groups of movements. 1) Compound exercises performed explosively and with heavy weight, 2) Exercises with moderate weight and sets in the 8-12 repetition protocol and 3) Multi-exercise sets that are performed one exercise after another with as little rest in between sets as possible.
This stimulates Type 1 slow twitch muscle fibers and type 2 a and b fast twitch muscle fibers.
