Milotice (German Milotitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.60 square kilometres (4.86 sq mi), and has a population of 1,931 (as at 1 January 2008).
Milotice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Hodonín, 47 km (29 mi) south-east of Brno, and 234 km (145 mi) south-east of Prague.
The village was the principle filming location for the multi-award winning film Čtyři Slunce (Four Suns).
