Milton Wells

Milton Wells (July 13, 1829 April 10, 1906) was an American Union brevet brigadier general during the period of the American Civil War. This clergyman and teacher assisted in the recruitment of the 15th West Virginia Volunteer Infantry.[1] On October 16, 1862, he was commissioned a major.[2] He received his appointment as brevet brigadier general dated to March 13, 1865.[3]

After the war, he moved to Rock county, Wisconsin.[4]
