The Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment (Dutch: Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu; IenM) is the Dutch Ministry responsible for Transport, Aviation, Housing, Public works, Spatial planning, Land management, Forestry, Water and the Environment. The Ministry was created in 2010 following the merger of the former Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management and Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment. The Ministry is headed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Environment, currently Melanie Schultz van Haegen.
