Minor gene

A minor gene is a gene which has small effect individually but contributes to a multifatorial (polygenic or oligogenic) phenotipic traits. In oligogenic inheritance works as a modifier, and in polygenic inheritance adds its contribution to the overall total expession twith other members of multifactorial series.[1][2]
