The Miss Teen Earth International beauty pageant was created for teens between 14–19 years, preceded by three or four months of preliminary events in Latin America and New Zealand.[1]
The first and second edition will be held in Guayaquil, Ecuador.[2][3] The current Miss Teen Earth is Stella Vélez Iandolli of Venezuela who was crowned on October 25, 2014 in Panama City, Panama.[4]
The Pageant
Before the world finals, each contestant must win her national title or specially designated for Miss Teen Earth in their country. The national preliminaries are conducted by the National Directors, who hold the franchise to choose delegates to the "Miss Teen Earth". The annual final takes place for a week event, promotes various tourist destinations in the host country, with several ecological and charitable activities, dinners, trips, photoshooting, visits to main authorities, previous interviews and the grand final from middle of the world.

The Crown
The Miss Teen Earth crown is a jewel created annually by prestigious goldsmith Carlos Guerra of Caracas, Venezuela. The crown made up in silver with swarovski crystals, zircons, beautiful gemstones and pearls valued in USD 10000, which will be worn by the new winner of the most important pageant for teenagers around the world "Miss Teen Earth".
