Miss Universe Slovenia 2003, the 3rd Miss Universe Slovenia pageant held at Slovene National Theatre in Maribor, Slovenia on February 19, 2003. Miss Universe Slovenia, Iris Mulej, will crown her successorat the end of this event. About 16 delegates are expected to compete.

The winner will be the representative for Slovenia at the Miss Universe 2003 pageant in Panama City, Panama.

In the final round, Polona Baš, was crowned Miss Universe Slovenia 2003 by Iris Mulej, Miss Universe Slovenia 2002.^[1]
