The album debuted at number 11 on the US Billboard 200, with 73,000 copies sold in the first week of release.[4] It was a bit of the improvement than his previous album I Gotta Make It (2005); which debuted at number 20 on the US Billboard 200. The album was supported by four singles: "Wonder Woman", "Can't Help but Wait", "Last Time", and "Missin' You".

Singles

The second single from Trey Day, titled "Can't Help but Wait", was officially released on August 6, 2007. It was produced by Stargate. The song became his highest-charting single on the US Billboard Hot 100 by peaking at number 14, until his 2010's single "Bottoms Up" peaked it at number 6. This song also earned him his Grammy award nomination from 2009 for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance.

The album's third single, "Last Time" was officially released on January 25, 2008. The song was produced by Bryan-Michael Cox, and co-produced by Kendrick "WyldCard" Dean.

The album's forth and final single, "Missin' You" was officially released on June 20, 2008. The song was produced by Stargate (the same production team, who they also have work on Songz' highest-charting single "Can't Help but Wait").
