Mizuki Ōtsuka

Mizuki Ōtsuka (大塚海月, Ōtsuka Mizuki, born March 21, 1960 in Fukuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress represented by 81 Produce. She changed her name from Mizue Ōtsuka (大塚瑞恵, Ōtsuka Mizue) on March 21, 2003.
