MOI&cie (Me and Co.) is a Canadian French language Category B specialty channel. MOI&cie airs lifestyle and entertainment programming aimed at women. It is owned by TVA Group, a division of Quebecor Media.
History

Mlle logo
The channel launched on May 2, 2011 in both standard and high definition as 'Mlle' ('Mademoiselle,' or ('Miss').[1] On September 12, 2011, Mlle was launched on Shaw Direct; it is now available across the country.
On February 1, 2013, Mlle was re-branded as MOI&cie, as an extension of Quebecor's magazine of the same name.[2]
MOI&cie HD
On May 2, 2011, MOI&cie launched MOI&cie HD, a high definition simulcast of the standard definition feed. It is available on Bell Fibe TV, Cogeco and Vidéotron.
