Moedjair

Moedjair or Mujair or his real name Iwan Dalauk is firsh inventor of Java tilapia fish in 1939 at the mouth of the Serang river in the South of Java Island.

Moedjair born at 1890 in Blitar East Java an he dead at 1957 at Blitar too.

Oreochromis mossambicus or "Java tilapia" firsh cultivate at freshwater in Java island by Moedjair.

One day in 1939, Mudjair went looking for fish in the Estuary river near the coast. He notice a strange fish that fed their children when they were in danger, and spit back it back when they werer safe. That very interests for him, and hem need cultivate that fish at his home. But the problem is that fish life at salty water. Moedjair made eksperimen by that fish for can life in freshwater habitats. He successful have four fish can life at freshwater after do 11 time eksperimen. From that four fish now a lot talapia or Java Fish or Java tilapia a lot at pool fish, river and lake in Indonesia. For the honour for him work that fish get name Mujair, and mujair now is very populer fish at freshwater in Indonesia.
