Mohammad al Tijani

Mohammad al Tijani (Arabic: محمد التيجاني) (born July 29, 1988) is a Libyan footballer. He currently plays for the Libyan Premier League club Ahly Tripoli, as a striker.[1]

Career

A product of the club's youth system, he is often used as an impact substitute, or against the lower-ranked sides in the league. His loan spell at Shat during the 2007-08 season yielded 8 goals, in a struggling side.[2]

Though he got few opportunities in the Ahly Tripoli first team, he still managed to get 6 goals in 2008-09.

Al-Tijani was called up by national team manager Branko Smiljanic for the friendly with Benin.[3][4]
