Mohammed ibn Salman Al Khalifa
Mohammed ibn Salman Al Khalifa (Arabic: محمد بن سلمان آل خليفة) was the youngest of three sons of the former hakim of Bahrain, Salman ibn Hamad Al Khalifa. His eldest brother, Isa ibn Salman Al Khalifa, succeeded as hakim (later emir), and his other brother, Khalifa ibn Salman Al Khalifa, is the current prime minister. Mohammed was uncle to the reigning king, Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifa.
Mohammed served as the Chief of Police and Public Security in Bahrain from 1961 to 1966, and was the private owner of Umm as Sabaan island.
Mohammed ibn Salman Al Khalifa died on 9 November 2009.
