Mohamed Adan Ibrahim (Somali: Maxamed Aadan Ibrahim , Template:Lang-ar محمد أدن إبراهيم), also known as Mohamed Adan Ibrahim "Farketi", is a Somali politician. From January 2014 to January 2015, he served as the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications of Somalia. He is the Minister of Finance of Somalia.
Personal life
Adan was born in Baidoa, Somalia. He hails from Boqolhore, Disow subclan of the Rahaweyn.[1]
Career
Minister of Finance
On 27 January 2015, Adan was appointed Minister of Finance of Somalia by new Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke. He succeeded Hussein Abdi Halane in office.[1]
