Mohd Azizan Bin Baba (born 9 September 1981 in Perak) is a Malaysian footballer currently play for SAMB FC after his Melaka United contract expired at November 2015.
Career
Previously Azizan played for Sarawak from 2012 until 2013.[1] After that, Azizan joined Malaysia Premier League side, Penang FA for the 2014 season, appointed as captain until end of season.[2] Azizan also played for Perak, Johor, Kuala Lumpur and Malacca.
