Molly Brown (born 1968) is a beauty queen from Loretto, Tennessee who has competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss USA pageants.

Brown was the winner of Miss Tennessee Teen USA 1984 title and represented Tennessee in the Miss Teen USA 1984 pageant, the second year this competition was staged. The pageant was held in Brown's home state, at the Cook Convention Center in downtown Memphis. Brown made the top ten in the nationally televised pageant, with the seventh highest average preliminary score. She went on to place fourth in the swimsuit and interview competitions and third in evening gown which ranked her fourth going into the final interview question..[1]

A few years later Brown became the first Miss Tennessee Teen USA titleholder to hold the Miss Tennessee USA title when she won the 1987 crown.[1] She competed in the Miss USA 1987 pageant held in Albuquerque, New Mexico but did not place.[2] The pageant was won by Michelle Royer of Texas.

Brown was a student at the University of North Alabama at the time she won the Miss Tennessee USA title.[3]
