Momordicoside
Momordicoside is any of several related cucurbitane triterpenoid glycosides that can be extracted from the bitter melon vine (Momordica charantia).[1][2][3][4] They include:
- Momordicoside A [2][4]
- Momordicoside B [2]
- momordicoside F1 [1]
- momordicoside F2 [1]
- Momordicoside K [2][3]
- Momordicoside L [2][3]
- Momordicoside M [2][4]
- Momordicoside N [2][4]
- Momordicoside S [2]
Momordicosides A, B, F1, F2 K–N, and S can be extracted from the fruit with methanol.[1][2][4]
