Monica Grefstad
Monica Grefstad Frøynes (born 12 October 1964) is a retired Norwegian athlete competing in the sprint hurdles.[1] She represented her country at two outdoor and two indoor World Championships.
Her personal best are 13.09 seconds in the 100 metres hurdles (Oslo 1994) and 8.06 seconds in the 60 metres hurdles (Paris 1994).
