Monster on a Leash
Monster on a Leash is an album by Tower of Power released in 1991. It was their debut on Epic Records (ironically enough, sister label to Columbia Records which they were previously signed with). This album is considered a return-to-form for the band and debuts lead vocalist Tom Bowes, thus far the only T.O.P. lead vocalist to be of Caucasian descent (Previous vocalists were all African American before Bowes).
