Moodu Mukkallo Cheppalante is an upcoming 2015 Indian Telugu comedy film directed by Madhumita featuring Rakendu Mouli, Aditi Chengappa and Venkatesh Harinathan in the lead roles.[1][2][3] A bilingual project, it was simultaneously made in Tamil language under the title Moone Moonu Varthai with a slightly different cast. Arjun Chidambaram, is the lead actor in Tamil[4][5] The film, produced by S. P. Charan, marks the debut of several technicians, including the music director Karthikeya Murthy, the art director Mani Karthik and the editor Kiran Ganti.[6]

Karthikeya Murthy composed the soundtrack for this film, consisting of 5 songs and 3 instrumental tracks. On 7 January 2015, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam performed Thoduga live during the single launch of Tamil version, a solo song penned by hero Rakendu Mouli. The album received positive reviews from critics

Times of India rated the album 3/5 stating that "On the whole, an impressive debut by Karthikeya Murthy"(for the tamil version).[7] Behindwoods rated the album at 2.50/5 stating the "Moone Moonu Varthai is a fun-filled album from Karthikeya".[8]
