MoonWalk (charity event)
The Playtex Moonwalk is a nocturnal charity marathon ("full moon") and half-marathon ("half-moon") held annually in London, and more recently Edinburgh, Scotland to raise money for breast cancer research. Over 15,000 women and 1,000 men took part in the 2007 London event, while 9,000 women and 1,000 men took part in Edinburgh. Participants power walk with their decorated bras on display. In 2007 the event was sponsored by bra manufacturer Playtex.
Celebrity participants include Lorraine Kelly and Michelle McManus.
