Mooster Records is an independent record label based in Chicago, Illinois Mooster's artists are generally considered Punk_rock, Pop_punk, Folk_punk, or Alternative_rock, but some also include elements of various other genres of Electronic_music and Hip_hop.

History

Brandon Harrod and Nichole Harrod formed the label in 2008. From the start, Mooster released folk punk records by Harrod, but over time has expanded its scope to include various types of pop rock, experimental music, punk rock, pop punk, and indie rock.

In 2013, Mooster Records will expand to include a podcast titled "NSFradio" which will focus on Nintendo Entertainment System music.
