Mooyah is a fast casual restaurant chain based in Plano, Texas.[1]

History

Mooyah was founded in Plano, Texas by Rich Hicks, who also founded Tin Star restaurant, and Todd Istre.[2] As of February 25, 2014, Mooyah operated 72 locations throughout the United States.[3] It has also opened locations in Saudi Arabia and several other countries.
