Mt. Graham High School (MGHS) is an alternative high school located in Safford, Arizona. Mt. Graham High School is part of the Safford Unified School District. Mt. Graham High School offers students flexible schedules and childcare services for students with children.[1] The school's mascot is the wolverine.[2]

The high school is notable for having the smallest student population in the county.

Facilities
