Muhammad Alif bin Mohd Satar (born 19 September 1990), or professionally known as Alif Satar is a Malaysian singer,[1] and TV Host.

Career

Alif started his singing career by becoming the contestant of the reality television series One in a Million, which aired on 8TV in Malaysia.

Alif ranked at #11 on the Top 20 Knock-out show and emerged as one of the Top 12 contestants. Alif made it to the Grand Finale of the reality television show, defeating professional singer Dayang Nurfaizah who landed in fourth place. The competition ended on 22 September 2006. Alif was placed in third with Suki Low in first and Faizal Tahir in second.

Alif Satar is featured in Ricky Martin's 2014 FIFA World Cup's song with Judika from Indonesia and Sezairi from Singapore. They recorded the song in different studios but the Asian singers met each other to promote the single.

Personal life

Alif had asked for his girlfriend's hand in marriage, Sha Dila Halid on 14 January 2014 after knowing her for 4 years. He married her on 15 September 2014. [2]

Alif Satar and wife welcomed their first child who is a girl in 31 May 2015. [3]
