Muhammad Rafi Usmani (Urdu: محمد رفیع عثمانی, Muḥammad Rafī‘ Us̱mānī) is Pakistani Sunni Islamic scholar, current grand mufti of Pakistan and President of Darul Uloom Karachi. He has authored a large number of books in Urdu, as well as some notable treatises in Arabic. He is the son of Mufti Muhammad Shafi Deobandi and the brother of Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani.
