Mukesh Kumar (field hockey)
Mukesh Kumar is a field hockey player who was born in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Career
He made his international debut for the Men's National Team in early 1992. Nicknamed Murali, Kumar represented his native country at three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1992 in Barcelona, Spain, where India finished in seventh place.[1] mukesh represented for India in 307 international matches and scored 80 goals. In 1992 barcelona olympics mukesh scored 4 goals. In 1996 Atlanta Olympics this Hyderabadi scored 2 goals and 2000 Sydney Olympics mukesh netted 2 goals.

Personal life
Mukesh Kumar is married to hockey player, Nidhi. They have 2 children.
