Mukhtar Abraruly Qul-Mukhammed (Kazakh: Мұхтар Абрарұлы Құл-Мұхаммед) is a former Minister of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and now holds the position of Kazakh Secretary of State.[1]
January 2013 Kul-Mukhammed who served as Secretary of State for one year once again appointed Minister of Culture and Information.[2]
