The Music Bank World Tour is a world-wide live concert tour of South Korea in music television program Music Bank by the Korean Broadcasting System. Regularly aired live in Seoul, the show has staged live performances, featuring multiple K-pop acts, in various locations outside of South Korea. Since July 13, 2011, the Music Bank World Tour has been held in 9 different cities across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

History

Music Bank is a South Korean music television program broadcast by Korean Broadcasting System, KBS.

Music Bank is one of the most popular music programmes from Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) in Korea, which is broadcast live on KBS2 domestically, and is available with subtitles on the KBS World Channel, including on its official YouTube stream, two weeks after live broadcast to over 72 countries around the world. The programme is an opportunity to see both top level K-pop artists and the debuts of up and coming ones. It is a driving force behind the Korean Wave and has a steady fan base around the world as it remains the most accessible of the major K-pop television shows.

The concert tour is organised by KBS in collaboration with local promoters to bring the show to cities around the world.
