Muslim Youth League is a youth organisation in India, the youth wing of the Indian Union Muslim League.

Article 1: Aims and Objectives

a) To protect and maintain the integrity and freedom of the Indian Union b) To protect the interests and to maintain the dignity and pride of Indian citizens in general and the Muslim community in particular. c) To implement the policies and programmes of Indian Union Muslim League. d) To foster unity and harmony between Muslim community and other communities. e) To plan and execute policies and programmes intended for the religious, cultural, educational and social progress of the Muslim population. f) To inculcate true religious values in Muslims and to encourage them to live on the right path by creating appropriate circumstances. g) To organise relief work and take care of the poverty-stricken. h) To encourage the languages of Arabic and Urdu.

Article 2: Name

This organization is named Kerala State Muslim League, and it will act as the supporting wing of the Kerala State unit of the mother-organisation.

Article 3: Flag

The flag of the Muslim Youth League will be the same of Indian Union Muslim League. The size of the flag will be in 3:2 ratio.

Article 4: Headquarters

The headquarters of the Kerala State Muslim Youth League will be at Calicut. However, the headquarters can be changed with the advance consent of the state working committee.

Article 5: Units The Kerala State Muslim Youth League shall have the following units.

1.State Committee 2.District Committee 3.Constituency Committee 4.Panchyat / Municipal Committee 5.Ward / Division / Town Committee If it is required, the City / Area Committees can be formed with the consent of the District Committee as well as Ward / Division Committees can be formed with the consent of Panchayat / Municipal Committees.

Article 6: Membership

1.(a) anyone aged between 18 to 40 and who approves the Article 1 can have primary membership in the Muslim Youth League, after filling up the A-forum and paying the membership fee Rs.5 2.(b) the member shall not be associated with any political committee with particular constitution, programmes and membership other than Muslim League, or shall not be a member of any organization which is working against the policies and programmes of Muslim League. 3.(c) three years shall be the duration of Primary Membership.
