Mutiara Bank is an Indonesian Bank founded in 1990. The bank is based in Jakarta.
History
Mutiara Bank is a transformation of Bank Century which were taken over by Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation in 2008. Takeover of the bank is decreed by Financial System Stability Committee resolution No. 04/KSSK.03/2008 on 21 November 2008.
Having successfully recovered after going over management changes and multiple recovery efforts, Mutiara Bank is scheduled for sale by its current owner, Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.[1]
