MutualArt.com is an online art information service that offers updates on auctions, art fairs, exhibitions, and other past and ongoing art events. It also contains a large database of artists and artwork information. Since its launch in 2008, MutualArt.com now has over 500,000 members all over the world.[1] Information can be customized and updated to each customer's registered email account once the member set his or her preferences on artists, artworks, institutions and articles.
How the website works
The website provides various types of memberships to the public. A member of MutualArt.com could choose to receive updates on ongoing and future events of his or her preferred artists, artworks, exhibitions, galleries, museums, and auction houses.
