My Ghetto Report Card is the ninth studio album by American rapper E-40. It was released on March 14, 2006, by Warner Bros. Records, Asylum Records, BME Recordings and Sick Wid It Records. My Ghetto Report Card was supported by two singles, "Tell Me When to Go" and "U and Dat".

The album debuted at number 3 on the US Billboard 200 chart and the Billboard Hip-Hop/R&B chart,[10] While the album has spawned successfully on both of his hit singles, "U and Dat" and "Tell Me When to Go", the album has become a certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[11]
