My School System

My School System commonly known as My School is an independent, ISO 9001:2008 compliant, English-medium co-education school in Mirpurkhas city, Sindh. It is a highly selective, coeducational day school serving more than 120 students aged between three and sixteen years.

My School System was founded in 2012, however, in 2014 it was re-engineered by Engr Dilawar Khan with an emphasis on international standard practice of quality education with low fees in local town which increased enrollment by 89%. In addition to computer lab and library, school has large garden with play area to accommodate large amount of students. Teacher-student ratio at My School System is 10:1 with 30% faculty has masters degrees while 60% has bachelor degrees.[1]

Academics

My School System provides 08 years of education to its students at its main campus located in Satellite town. Education is divided into 03 sections including Junior, Primary and Senior sections.[2] Subjects taught at My School System include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Computer Studies, Computing, Pakistan Studies, Urdu, Islamic Studies, English Literature, and English Language. In the Junior Program, service begins with a sequence of annual projects and trips that build on Social Studies and “Respect and Responsibility” classes. The Senior program years—a time of increased independence and decision making—find students undertaking their own projects, assisted by the Extra Curricular section head. By senior year, students usually choose to continue work on a longstanding commitment or through school groups; help out in Junior programs classrooms; or tutor children elsewhere.

Extracurricular activities

Extra-curricular activities at My School System include sports, music, a school choir, scouts and community service. While activities and events are organized throughout year to promote social awareness among students.

Admissions

Admissions are generally given to all academically qualified candidates of either gender, regardless of religion, race, creed color or domicile who fulfill admission criteria
