Mykola Bilokon

Mykola Vasylovych Bіlokon (Ukrainian: Микола Васильович Білоконь) (born 22 March 1955) is a Ukrainian politician, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 2003-2005. Colonel general of militia.
