The wing-banded antbird (Myrmornis torquata) is a species of bird in the family Thamnophilidae. It is placed in the monotypic genus Myrmornis.[2] It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.[1]
