N. D. Fratt

N. D. Fratt was a political candidate in Wisconsin.[1] In 1874, he was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin's 1st congressional district, losing to incumbent Charles G. Williams. He was then a candidate for Governor of Wisconsin twice, losing both times to future U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Jeremiah McLain Rusk. Fratt was a Democrat.[2]
