NGEN Radio (stands for Now Generation Radio), is a subsidiary of KSBJ. They play genres including Christian rock and Christian rap. NGEN plays artists like Lecrae, Switchfoot, Family Force 5, NF, twenty one pilots, Mat Kearney, Owl City, Tori Kelly, MuteMath, remixes of CCM artists, and other Christian rock and hip hop acts.

The station can be heard through traditional analog FM radio through its translators on 99.5 in Sugar Land, 93.1 in College Station, at 89.5 in Bay City, at 91.1 in Lake Jackson/Galveston, and 99.7 in Brenham. It can also be heard on HD Radio at 89.3 HD-2 in Humble/North Houston and 92.5 HD-2 in Navasota and the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area. On February 24, 2016, the KSBJ Educational Foundation announced it was purchasing KUHA, which currently operates as a classical music station, from the University of Houston for $10 million. This will give NGEN a city-grade FM signal for the first time.

NGEN has plans to expand to Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and rest of Texas.

In 2015 NGEN started to reveal their current top 5 songs in a short countdown, which is played randomly throughout the day. The songs are voted on by NGEN's Music Team.

NGEN's Top 5 Songs of 2015:

1)All I Have - NF.

2)You Can't Stop Me - Andy Mineo.

3)All I Need Is You - Lecrae.

4)Brother - Needtobreathe.
