The NRW.Bank (incorporated as NRW.BANK) is the Landesförderinstitut (development bank) of North Rhine-Westphalia based in Düsseldorf and Münster. The legal status is that of a public institution. It is owned by the North Rhine-Westphalia state[3] and supports it structurally in its political and economic tasks.
